• A: Income must be three times the monthly rent
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a credit check

Q: What are the requirements to hold an apartment?

• A: Submit a completed application
• Pay an application fee of $60.00 per person (age 18 and over unless married-one fee per joint application) made payable to Charles Pointe.
• Pay a security deposit (separate check) made payable to Charles Pointe.

Q: Once you have a move in date what is the procedure?

• A: Set an appointment
• Sign your lease, addendums and pay rent.
• If you have a pet you must provide proof the pet has been spayed/neutered, is current on all shots and pay pet fee.
• Complete a walk-through
• Move in
